1. Introduction
Welcome to Vangs Mobile Detail. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Services
Vangs Mobile Detail provides mobile vehicle detailing services. We offer various packages and add-on services, which are detailed on our website and booking platform.
3. Booking and Appointments
3.1. All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.
3.2. You will receive a confirmation of your booking via email or text message.
3.3. Same day and next day appointments will incur a $50 fee.
3.4. We will not service anyone who is not properly scheduled. Even if it was discussed, if the client failed to provide the necessary information to complete the booking, the service will not be rendered.
3.5. We do not hold any specific date and time for anyone without a completed booking.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment for services is due upon completion unless prior arrangements have been made.
4.2. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and other electronic payment methods as specified on our website.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Deposits
6.1. We require a $50 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
6.2. The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your service.
6.3. The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.
7. Client Responsibilities
7.1. Clients are required to remove all personal belongings and empty out all compartments in their vehicle before the detailing service.
7.2. If compartments are not emptied, they will not be cleaned.
8. Additional Fees
8.1. Headliners, trunk cleaning, and seatbelts are not included in any package.
8.2. If headliners, trunk cleaning, or seatbelt cleaning is required, an additional fee will be charged.
8.3. There will be an upcharge for the severity of the interior, based on how bad it is.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
9.1. We strive to provide high-quality detailing services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
9.2. We will make every effort to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
10. Liability
10.1. Vangs Mobile Detail is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle.
10.2. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during the detailing process.
11. Privacy
11.1. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
12.1. Vangs Mobile Detail reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
12.2. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
